When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets are sent via email 72 hours before your session, in QR code format. All you need to do is import them into the official Wimbledon app.

Will the seats be next to each other if I book several?

Yes. All seats in the same booking are allocated side by side in the selected category.

Les billets sont-ils officiels ?

Yes. We are running a 2026 pre-sale using a secure system with duplicate-checking. The QR codes are unique, traceable and valid upon entry.

Can I exchange or cancel?

Tickets for specific dates are non-exchangeable and non-refundable (Art. L221-28). In the event of an official cancellation by the organiser, your order will be refunded in full.

Billets vérifiés, entrée garantie !

Each ticket is checked before dispatch and issued as an **official QR code**. As the date approaches, you can scan the ticket in the Wimbledon app and proceed directly to your seat.
